  • In post-settlement litigation in a divorce proceeding, forensic investigation discovered the Defendant, a medical professional, had transferred the business operations of his practice to a series of private equity funds at ever-increasing valuations; further investigation across several states uncovered millions of pre-divorce marital assets previously concealed from the Plaintiff

  • Engaged for the Defendant in a divorce proceeding: primary asset was a family-owned commercial property controlled by the Defendant’s spouse (Plaintiff). Forensic analysis identified: significant discrepancies in rental income and operating expenses; previously undisclosed bank and credit card accounts; previously undisclosed business entities; the Plaintiff’s “diversion” of funds from the children’s trusts; et al.   • In a highly-contested divorce modification proceeding, forensic analysis of tax filings, affidavits, court testimony and SEC filings, etc. identified over $10 million of previously undisclosed US and offshore hedge fund assets which facilitated an additional seven figure settlement for Plaintiff

  • As a financial advisor, led the initial recovery efforts for a $90 million group of U.S. and offshore investors against a failed, formerly $900 million hedge fund, including forcing a Chapter 11 filing, and then derailing the fund’s attempted pre-packaged Plan - the final bankruptcy Plan’s settlement to clients was almost seven-times the original offer
